Next Day Paslode Servicing
If you'e in a hurry and your Paslode nailer just needs a service or even a minor repair then we can offer next day turnaround.
Even most common repairs are usually carried out within 3 working days.
Standard repair cost for servicing are as follows.
Normal Service priced at £35+vat plus parts.*
Next Day Service priced at £50+vat plus parts.*
*Due to the variation in the cost of spares for these machines we are unable to give more accurate pricing without first assessing the tool.
A lot of the time your paslode will just need to be stripped down and thorouhgly cleaned. This means that no parts need to be replaced and the costs will be as listed above.
If we find that the nailer requires more than a couple of minor parts then we will suspend the repair and contact you with an estimate before proceeding.

Misfiring - the usual suspects...
The most common causes of misfiring Paslode nailers are as follows.
(a) The nail gun is dirty and needs to be serviced.
(b) The gas being used is not authentic Paslode gas.
(c) The gas valve on the fuel cell is faulty.
(d) The gas is out of date. (see image for expiry date example)
(e) The gas inlet has worn or is fitted incorrectly
